CONSULTATIONS

All new patients require an initial consultation prior to any treatment. Your medical history and treatment will be discussed in detail to explain the aging process, treatment options and inform you of the potential risks with your proposed treatments in order for you to be completely informed about your decision to proceed with treatment. You may book in for a consultation only, where no treatment will be performed on the day. If you book for a consultation and treatment option, there is no obligation to have treatment on the day. Some people choose to come in for a consultation, think about what was discussed during your consultation, and book for treatment at a later date - once they have considered all potential risks, downtime, realistic expectations with treatment outcomes, as well as considering alternative treatment options. A consultation does not guarantee treatment, as you may or may not be deemed a suitable candidate for treatment. Individual results for treatments vary from person-to-person and from treatment-to-treatment.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

Michelle will discuss your medical history, if you’ve had previous facial treatments, ask what your concerns are, conduct a total face assessment that is tailored specifically to you and your unique face to achieve natural-looking results. She will hand you the mirror and often mark your face to show you the aging process, mark anatomical structures and where the area/s of the face will be treated. She will discuss all potential risks, develop a treatment plan for you, provide a quote for your treatment, discuss alternative treatment options and advise you on the downtime and aftercare. If there is enough time for treatment to be performed on the day of the initial consultation, and you are deemed a suitable candidate to proceed with treatment, you will be required to sign consent forms, your ‘before’ photos will be taken, aesthetic ultrasound me be performed (if relevant).
